    I would be very wary of this, and make careful notes. My immediate reaction is that this family member is up to something nefarious with your client, and is 'setting you up '.

    could you move to a seperate part of the building (if it is split in 2) when they are coming so you don't have contact with them? Or ask to help in the kitchens or something when they visit? It's a horrible situation to be in, but I would persue what other options you could do if you like working at the place
