Terms and Conditions

• The closing date for voting and entry to the competition is: Monday 25th March at 9:30AM
• All qualifying entrants who answer the questions correctly will be placed into a free prize draw.
• 1x Prize Winner will receive: 12x Empire cinema tickets.
• Automated/Bulk entries and entries from third parties will not be entered into the draw and will be disqualified
• The competition is open to residents of the UK only.
• Prize will be sent out to winners up to 28 days after competition has closed.
• Entrants under 18 years of age must seek permission from parent or guardian before entering the competition.
• There is no alternative prize.
• The winners will be notified via email within a week of the competition closing with full details on how to claim their prize.
  Winner must reply to claim prize within 5 days of notification otherwise claim becomes void.
  There is no cash alternative to the prize.
• 1 winner will be randomly selected from all eligible correct entries by a member of the Pearl & Dean Marketing department.
• The competition is not open to anyone associated with Pearl & Dean Cinemas Ltd, Empire Cinemas, affiliated companies or otherwise professionally related to the Promotion.
• The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are not properly received due to issues beyond our control. Prizes and/or the Promotion may reasonably vary due to unforeseen circumstances, reasons beyond our control.
• Pearl & Dean are the promoter of this competition. The Editor's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
