Alternative to a Mouse.
Sorry, as a Burns admirer I couldn't resist a wee plug.
But have you tried one of those mouse mats with the gel pad to support the heel of your hand and your wrist? They take a bit of getting used to but they do help."Some folks are wise and some are otherwise." - Tobias Smollett0 -

Yes, I was amazed how easily I got used to it and it also means that I can write at the same time as using a mouse.0 -
Thanks for all your suggestions. I am going to check out some of the alternatives. Have started using the mouse with my left hand and that is now becoming sore. Have a wrist support already. I am trying to use as many key board short cuts as I can find but find some of the forms the work have made don't have shortcuts and ebay is particularly difficult to list on. Might ask on the ebay board if anyone knows key strokes.0

Have you had your RSI diagnosed by a doctor? The reason I ask is because I struggled with very mild RSI and tried a trackpad and wrist support, which didn't help much. Then I googled and found that my symptoms (tingling in the little finger) was actually caused by a problem in the elbow not the wrist, and sitting with my arm stretched out straight to use the mouse (rather than bent) solved the problem. Might be worth a try for a couple of days anyway?0
