British Airways Pricing Policy

Hi,
I booked a flight this morning on https://www.ba.com (after checking many other websites like airlnie network and e-bookers) and it cost GBP 521 which i paid.
I got home and my dad said that his travel agent was offering the same flight for GBP 435.
I got on the phone to BA who offer the following policy:
Lowest fare availability
When you book through our ticket offices, web site or telephone reservations centre:
We will undertake to offer the lowest appropriate fare available for the date, flight and class of service for which you are eligible. Some fares may only be available through a specific distribution point or channel, for example some fares are only available by booking online at https://www.ba.com
I thought i might be offered a refund of the difference.
I spoke to Nick (a supervisor) who told me that BA cannot offer me anything because i agreed to the terms and conditions when i booked the flight - so i lost out.
He then went on to tell me that travel agents are able to offer a better deal on flights because they sell these seats in bulk to the travel agents. I asked for a list of travel agents but he said that a list was unavailable.
He did confirm however that different travel agents get different deals - if an agent specialises in selling flights to say India in an asian community then they get the cheapest deals on flights.
Nick also confirmed that "British Airways" the airline cannot sell tickets as cheap as these travel agents.
If there are any travel agents out there that get these special BA cheap deals can you please pm me - i travel several times a year and BA has confirmed that you offer the best prices.
I would also like to add that BA charge a GBP 15 booking fee if you phone them and book a flight.
