Well I went into the bank (Co-operative Bank by the way) saw the Manager who phoned Virgin disputes. Virgin wanted to speak to me to confirm security questions. I explained what happened and was asked "which payment would you like refunding?" Followed by a very quick response of £850 from me.
I thanked the Virgin lady for being most helpful explaining I had phoned earlier to be told nothing could be done. She replied stating it was fine so long as the minimum payment had been met. Problem solved money should be in my account tomorrow :j:j
Well done Virgin and Co-operative Bank who stated they would cover any charges.0 -

You need to buy that manager a nice bottle of wine. Then get him to kick his staff up the backsides to make sure they know what they are doing.
