Hi all,
I'm looking for a "Media Centre" type program for xp along the same lines as err Microsoft's "Windows Media Centre".
It must be slick-looking and *fast*. No bloatware please. I've tried the free "Media Portal", but frankly its pants - at least on my pc. Way too slow.
Anyone else got any suggestions?
Many thanks,
garcia.

Cyberlink Power Cinema: http://www.cyberlink.com/multi/products/main_12_ENU.html has the 'feel' of MCE. As does MyCast: http://www.orb.com/
Otherwise there are:

HTHIt could have been worse. At least source code's not combustible, or you can bet somebody at McAfee would have lit it.0
