Syncing Sent Mails - BB->POP->iPad

Incoming emails sync fine from my POP email to both my BB and my iPad, but emails sent on my BB do not sync into my Sent folder on the iPad.
Any ideas as to what I need to configure and where? Tx

Use IMAP, not POP3.No free lunch, and no free laptop
