simply kitchens or uber kitchens . we have been ripped off £3500.00 cash. alot of items missing. customer services no good . very rude, just put on hold or cut off. we paid for granite work tops, not delivered and no chance of getting it. is there any way of getting our money back? anyone help? designer came out to draw plan of kitchen.£100.00 plan was wrong.

You need to explain what has happened more clearly - what have they said to you, why are you not receiving the worktops? Did you pay in cash?

I thought granite worktops weren't made until after the kitchen was fitted as they're cut to order ?
