Ok, So i've narrowed my list down to these few mortgage lenders, I need one who will lend to a discharged bankruptee, I don't care about the good deals, I won't get them. I just want to get on the property ladder.
1. Skipton BS,
2. Chelsea BS,
3. Yorkshire BS.
Does any of you on MSE have a mortgage with one of these lenders? Recommendations?

When were you discharged?
Im not sure any of these would be my first choice for a discharged bankrupt - that being said if it was years and years ago it may not matter too much.
Chelsea and Yorkshire are the same company, im sure they merged last year or the year before.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. ACG, I was discharged in July 2005. Why wouldn't you choose one of those BS's? I have only chosen them because they seem to accept more discharged bankrupts then others, Obviously i have no experience myself, i'm just going from word of mouth from people online (lol), so it'd be good to get some clarification from an actual advisor like yourself.0

There is a thread in this part of the forum that was posted by a user called 'Alan partridge' titled something like 'the do's and don'ts of applying for a mortgage' where he documented his (success) experience in gaining a mortgage whilst having a bankruptcy to contend with, that may be worth a read for you?
Here is the link, hope it works as I am on my phone!

I should probably have asked rather than make an assumption (my mistake).
The bankruptcy is quite old. In which case you might be alright. If im being honest i have never done a mortgage for a discharged bankrupt, so im not the best person to ask on here.
From past experience....I have Skipton to be really good, their processes just seem to fly through, i can speak to an underwriter when i want and the account manager we have knows his stuff and is completely honest in whether or not they will accept a case.
My experience of YBS isnt as much. I have used their broker subsidiary (Accord), im not a massive fan of them. Ive found them to be picky but the last time i used them was about 18 months ago if not longer, so things could be different now.
My experience is in relation to cases that do not include bankruptcy though so there will be people with more experience in this area than myself who can give a better answer.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Probably need to be aware of OP's wider difficulties getting some credit:

Good point, This is another reason why i picked those 3 building societys, as far as i'm aware they are not any part of the lenders who i was with when i went bankrupt0 -
I cannot imagine anyone qualified is going to recommend a lender to you.
You have all sorts going on and you should really be looking for a broker rather than a lender.
That said, people do save money and get results going directly but sometimes more through luck than judgement.
As Yorkie put the threads in, you still have an unresolved issue as per my post on a previous thread...
Good luck, be interested how you get on..I am a Mortgage Broker
