there's only one thing dodgy about them but experian told me it was ok, there's like 20+ addresses, but they're all the same, just spelt slightly different or address is arrange slightly different.

This was because when i opened the experian account it wasn't showing all my credit accounts so they said they'd look into it and they re-arranged my address differently and then this brought up my other accounts, this is because my address slightly alters depending on who uses it. The address the banks use is a bit different then what the post uses. It's difficult to explain but i will when i've paid you.

Jackpot. This is your issue with Nationwide on the not being accepted for a current account issue.

Bit of work in advance and this can be cleared up with a few strongly worded letters.

Traditionally, I have seen a few issues with properties in Glasgow where they have like B1, 1 1/2 and things like this.

This is good news as answers the unknown variables from the previous threads

Experian have refused to delete them, I've already asked them to delete all but my current and previous address and they said that lenders only see the current and previous addresses not all of the ones on my file.

But the killer is how Nationwide input the data and therefore assess your case.

This would be the reason you get through at appeal stage, as they track you appropriately (manually)

Whilst it does not guarantee you a mortgage, its reassuring that this is highly likely to be the issue on your credit files...

I think it is unlikely they will delete them, although you need to ensure Nationwide/whoever keys it in perfectly to match to your current credit file.

Have Equifax made the same mistake, or is that all as is?

There is a guy who posts and helps on here; James Jones I think. A name like that who will probably take this up and answer this more comprehensively.

May be worth dropping him a pm and sure someone will correct me soon if I have got the name incorrect.

Track down the Experian guy and see if he can resolve, more lenders use Experian so for HP, finance etc. in the future it would help to get this resolved.

It also might mean you would pass the first credit check stages at lenders you otherwise may not, although it's likely you may use a Building Society in any case..

    Good luck
