Hello,I sent some money on credit cards via my debit card to bulgaria via hifx i thinkits called in 2005,it was for a deposit for an apartment over there,i have never completed the deal and never received my money back,i am currently in an iva and wondered if i could reclaim it back from the credit card companies to try and pay off my iva.thanks

Chargeback is limited to about 120 days - so I agree you are out of time.

Even if it was within timelimits you do not have a case.....
You paid Hifx to transfer the cash. They provided the service for you.
So unless the recieving party never got it, then there is no claim.
