ECU reset - Honda Jazz 2003
I have a Honda Jazz which had to be jump started this morning. First time it's happened but the engine management light has come on.
I really don't want to take it to Honda as they charge £90.00 per hour.
Is there an easy way to reset this, ie taking a lead off the battery to reset the ecu etc?

Find the ECU fuse (handbook) & pull it, leave for 5 mins & replace.Always try to be at least half the person your dog thinks you are!0

Buy a cheap OBDII code reader for next time. You have reset the light but but dont know why it came on in the 1st place.

If you get anything happen after a jump start, the first thing to always try is a battery disconnect.0
