Your GP should be able to push the CAMHS referral through but if this happens concurrently with a referral to the urologist and paediatrician then this should add weight to your case. Speak to someone at the school and ask if they can start a CAF. This will help identify the services she does need to help you all.
Can you telephone CAMHS and check they've received the referral and ask how long it is until you can be seen?
Services are so stretched that often the help that is so badly needed is not handed out easily. One of the other things that I tend to experience is parents not actually telling services how it really is for them. Sometimes with something quite sensitive like this it's hard to be honest about how it affects you all. You've told us, so do tell others who can help too.
