E-Cigs starter pack - scam HELP!

In January I ordered an E-Cigs starter pack via the Internet to quit smoking at the advertised cost of £6.99, my card was debited for £73.98 by E-Cigs and no pack was ever received. After an extremely long call to E-Cigs customer services, I was told it was MY responsibility to chase the missing pack through Royal Mail. I made it clear that it was THEIR responsibility to chase their package with Royal Mail and I insisted on speaking to a Manager who was supposed to call me, but no phone call was ever received by me.

On 11-02-2013 I received an email from E-Cigs which was an order acknowlegement, followed by shipping confirmation.

I received a package containing two replacement cartridges which are totally useless as I have not received a starter pack. I have sent several emails to E-Cigs asking for a code to return the item and requesting a refund only to be totally patronised with very badly written e-mails.

I have paid £73.98 to E-Cigs for an item advertised at £6.99, which I did not receive. I received replacement cartridges which are totally uselss to me and when I asked for a Return Merchandize Authorisation Code, I was told my account had been cancelled on 4-02-13!! I am still within the 30 day money back guarantee period, but this company are a nightmare to deal with and I dont know what to do next.

    Contact bank/card provider.
You are looking at non reciept of goods for the £73.98. Should be a nice easy chargeback with no paperwork.
Ask for the Disputes team, rather than simply talking to 1st line call center.

Have any of the transactions debited after 04/02?
If they have then there is another chargeback option as the co say they have cancelled the agreement on 04/02.

Keep a close watch on your account. Any more debits and do not bother with the co. Simply call bank and its a instant refund under PSD (payment services directive)
Never ASSUME anything its makes a
