Bridgend Flat Move - van -how much should we expect to pay?

Young couple going from flat in Cornwall to Gawr valley (not much stuff, sofa, double bed, tv,microwave,coffee table ,boxes ) sold most of rest to get the cash for the move. Took most of it to tip to save on cost - any ideas?
