Anyone got the tel no for Atos Bristol?

I was sent a limited capability for work questionnaire for eldest son, filled it in and returned it with special delivery,to arrive the day before the return by date. Looked on royal mail website the next day and it said waiting for collection - so thought fine. Today I see that his benefit stopped at the end of Jan, so presumably they didn't get the form! Royal Mail site still says waiting collection!

I hadn't really thought much more about it as when I returned youngest son's about 6 months ago, I received no reply but the benefit just continued and I assumed this was going to be the same.

Do I phone Atos at Flowers Hill, Bristol,or Job centre plus? I can't find the letter that came with the form, but I kept a copy of the form and the receipt for special delivery (which cost me £6.35!). What is more annoying is that I drive past Flowers hill, but when I tried to hand deliver a letter before, it was impossible to get past security to do so, so I have to post it.

Thanks for any advice about this situation.

If you have proof that you sent the ESA50 in plenty of time then I'd phone the JCP office that deals with your son's claim and explain. You can try phoning Atos but I think they'll just fob you off with telling you to phone the DWP.

Any hassle get your MP involved as long as you can prove you sent the ESA50 back to Atos by the due date.

awaiting collection probably relates to the from being sent to the scanning unit

yup,the last scan is held in PO box at the mailcentre(use this link for detailed tracks http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails)
basically that means it went to the screening centre at the MC
so you need to bounce this back to ATOS to chase up RM if ATOS are saying they never got your form
they should have got the electronic version and then you hard copy the next day.
RM wwill have a tracking number for the bag of hard copies delivered

sorry,when I said ATOS I meant via whomever you contact
so the DWP/job centre etc
