Just a small rant really, but still annoyed!
I went into my local Evans store recently and couldn't find ANY jeans at all so asked one of the members of staff. They were really lovey but told me that they would no longer be stocking jeans but the next town over was. I emailed Evans and said that it was disappointing that such a 'staple' wardrobe item was no longer available in my local store and wanting to know why. They emailed me back saying that they were sorry for my disappointment that my local store had closed, but it was due to costs etc. I emailed back, thanking them for their reply but informing them that they hadn't actually answered my question; my store hadn't closed, they had just stopped selling jeans. I didn't get a second reply! Rubbish!

I believe some companies now use automated systems which attempt to analyse emails and send an appropriate reply.0
