We Want Bingo.Com - Free Money (be careful)

Very are including these bingo scratchcards in their current statements. I tried the wewantbingo.com registration which stated winnings of between £5-£100 (wagering dependant potentially).
No cash hit my account and when I called them to ask why they said that my card wasn't eligible despite receiving a confirmation email. (God knows why never had a problem before and tested out several over the years) .
I immediately asked for the account to be closed after being told I could still desposit money from this card (how can I if my card isn't eligible)?
Just a "be careful" really as when I mentioned closing my account as it sounded a bit dodgy they didn't argue or suggest otherwise and readily closed it before I had finished making my point. Though I was told I would receive an email confirmation that it has been closed and I haven't.
