Can Anyone Help Me Please,i Need Legal Advice About Commercial Leases.im Trying To Sell My Buisiness And Have A Interested Couple In Buying...problem Is The Landlord Is Saying He Wants The Equivilent Of The Rent On My Lease (7,290) To Be Paid By Any Potential Buyer Before He Will Even Consider Giving A New Lease To Them.is This Lawfull...im Sure Its Not.they Are Stopping Me Selling My Buisiness Because Of Their Greed.please Help.

Look at the terms of your lease.
Does it give you the right to assign, subject to the consent of your landlord?
Does it also say that that consent will not be withheld unreasonably?0
