Mint ppi

Can anyone tell me a number or e-mail address to enquire about mis-sold ppi on my mint credit card. Do I simply call the RBS numbers or is it a little more complicated. A couple of years ago a firm of solicitors cold called me to claim back ppi for me. When I said my card was Mint they said they couldn't act on that card. Why?
