Hi, has anyone else asked for the Call Features (currently charged 13.38 per quarter exc vat) options to be removed from their phone service?,, after calling last year & asking for these services to be cancelled, each quarter the charges are still there & no refund from the point they were cancelled.:mad:

They do seem to have had problems with billing.

I'd suggest an immediate move of your line rental back to BT and then selection of a decent CPS calls provider to meet your requirements (see the 'HERE' link in my signature below).
