charged twice the monthly fee - cashplus

Hi. Before I contact cashplus I thought maybe any of you would know something about this or someone had this situation before.
I got a cashplus card on 22nd January and that's when I paid the £4.95 fee for the first time. On 21st February I topped up my card for £10.00 and on 22nd February the £4.95 has been deducted again as the monthly subscription fee. However, now that I've looked at it, on 26th February the fee has been taken again. Is this normal? Or should I contact cashplus about this?
