I used to know the owner of the Express. We got on just fine. We were in the same cottage industry. Now Ricky knows how to turn a bob. My guess, as a bright guy, he knows his market. Done well. All you house price cheer leaders love the Express.
What I don`t understand as a home owner why to keep carping oin about HPI. All seems very sad, Yes nice to have one but OK, can`t see much more than that.0
