    0.2% a surge?

    Really?.......no, really?

Unfortunately the Express only employ writers who know how to spell the words boom, surge, massive, buy to let, rise, property and houses.

It's a bit limited but there we are, it obviously appeals to a certain like minded element.

    Morons you mean?!

I wonder what they make of the swings in the FTSE! 1% would be a tsunami!

We will NOT allow house prices to fall EVER.

However, having said that, if they ever do start falling I just won't post on MSE ever again for fear of acute virtual embarrassment. Or alternatively will set up a brand new username. Simples
  • This is further good news for homeowners.

The hpc chain gang wanted people to be thrown out of thier homes just so THEY could buy it cheap.

We live in the world we live in today prices are what they are

You can spend you're live fighting against in or you can start building a nest egg for you and you're family now

Don't delay buy a house, that first mortgage payment is a good feeling as is the feeling that you're building up for you're future

Maybe they do but despite your protests and denial house prices have risen and not crashed. How are them apples?
