Storing v card sms contacts to iphone 5

I want to transfer the address book of an old phone to an iphone 5. Can't use the SIM as it's a standard one.

Does anyone know how to add the contents of a vcard received by sms to iphone 5 contacts?

What connection options (if any) does the old phone support (Bluetooth, USB etc.) ?
