Tesco direct / Trove shopping

Hi guys,
I recently purchased 2 external hard drives for my PC from Tesco direct who were being supplied by a company called Trove Shopping. I did my usual and looked about to compare prices and found that Tesco and Trove were selling them at nearly a quarter (£24.99 instead of £99 - £110 ) than other sites.
After placing the order I received an Email the day after saying that one item had been cancelled by the supplier. I called Tesco and was told they couldn't do anything about it and I would get the other one.
The day after I received another Email saying that the second one had been cancelled too.
I'v checked and they've been removed from the Tesco web site, however are still freely available at other sites but at the much higher price. It looks like Tesco / Trove have made a mistake, but rather than taking the hit have just cancelled my order and hoped I didn't realise why!!!
Any help / protection in law etc that I can use to get them to send me them as ordered?
Thanks
Stu

Depends what the T&C's of the sale says.
If they say that a contract is not formed until they send the goods to you.....then no, you have no redress. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Here we go again...
Tesco don't have to sell at the advertised price. They are well within their rights to cancel the order if there has been a mistake in pricing."Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art."
