i had no idea this thread would be so popular!this is turning our to be a good idea i think.The party is next fri and hav email so far :
snack a jacks
cadburys
warbutons(i know its just bread but it will do well for sandwiches for the table of picninc food(sausage rolls ,sandwiches ect.)

this is the letter i sent to the glow company,in case any one wants to use it for a template

I am a huge fan of all things that glow. Recently I bought 200 glow sticks, and upon coming to this site found cheaper ones! The prices here are very good and the range is fantastic.

The reason for writing to you is because in a week’s time, I am hosting a party for 16-20 people. The party will take place in the evening so after a meal and several activities it will be dark. I was hoping you would be able to provide me with some samples or even fully sized freebies of your products for my party. If you do decide to send me some of your fabulous products, you could also include in the pack a few leaflets with some of your more popular [products and their prices, with your details, to hand out to my guests, as a way of advertising your range.

Please consider my points and reply to my email as soon as you can.

:rotfl: It's Charlie at the chocolate factory! (I bet he's never heard that one before...) What he's said isn't quite true - I seem to remember that Cadbury's were sending out samples of their new Bournville chocolate recently.

ps....i feel sorry for the post people as all these freebies are gonna exhaust them hehe, they will all need post trucks soon.....perhaps we can ask royal mail for all the unused bikes lmao!:T

Don't hold your breath - one thing you will get from them are plenty of emails even after you've unsubscribed. Good luck anyway

Thats why i use a different email address for all the freebie/junk mail! :cool:

Just sign up for a free email account and use it for freebies etc, i use yahoo!:T
