Terms and Conditions for ‘WIN flights for two to Sydney, Australia with Qantas!’ Prize Draw

1. The prize draw is open to all T-Mobile UK pay monthly customers aged 18 or over who are resident in the UK, excluding employees or agents of the Promoter’s group of companies or of Qantas Airways; their families or any other person associated with this prize draw.
2. The entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions which, by taking part, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted.
3. No purchase necessary. One entry per person. Entries are not returnable. Entries must be submitted by completing an entry form on the T-Mobile UK website. In order for an entry to be eligible for entry into the prize draw, all mandatory fields must be completed in full.
4. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted from 6:00pm GMT on 25th February 2013 until 11:59pm GMT on 31st March 2013 (the Promotional Period).
5. Entries not submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, delayed, damaged, incomplete, incomprehensible, illegible, altered or submitted outside of the Promotional Period will not be deemed valid entries. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged due to electronic errors or malfunctions. Proof of submitting the online entry form or sending an email will not be accepted as proof of entry.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
7. One winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries on 4th April 2013 with the draw being overseen by an independent observer selected by the Promoter. The result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Prize

1. There is one prize available to be won. The prize consists of two return economy flights from London Heathrow to Sydney, Australia on a Qantas operated and marketed flight. The prize does not include accommodation, transfers, travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, taxes not included in the price of the ticket, ground transportation or any other costs of a personal nature not stated. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and their companion.
2. The prize is subject to Qantas’ General Conditions of Carriage, available at http://www.qantas.com.
3. Use of the prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. Prize travel must be booked and ticketed by 31 May 2013 with travel commenced by 6 December 2013. Travel is not permitted between: 27 March - 13 April 2013 or 25 May - 13 July 2013 inclusive.
4. The winner and their companion will not accrue Qantas Frequent Flyer points for using the prize. The prize cannot be upgraded whether through cash purchase or Qantas Frequent Flyer points.
5. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The winner cannot transfer the prize. No changes can be made to travel arrangements once the prize has been booked and tickets are issued.
6. The Promoter will notify the winner by phone and email by 8th April 2013. At which time limited information about the winner will be published on the Promoter’s website. The winner will be asked to verify their contact details. If the winner cannot be contacted, the Promoter will try again several times over the course of the following 3 working days. If within 3 working days of initial contact, the winner cannot be contacted, an alternative winner will be randomly selected.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this prize draw without prior notice.
8. The winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw (including, but not limited to, promotional activity run by the Promoter or Qantas Airways).
9. Entrants consent to the Promoter using personal information provided in the online entry form for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of this prize draw and awarding the prize (including to Qantas Airways for the purposes of administering the prize only and any applicable statutory authorities) and to conduct marketing activities. Without limiting the foregoing, entrants’ personal information provided in connection with this prize draw will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Statement, a copy of which is available at http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/services/privacy
