I have collected a few £10 vouchers over time. When you clicked on "loyalty" it would always show if you had any vouchers to claim. Now when I click on "loyalty, it just takes me to a page with lots of ads for collecting points?

I do have e-vouchers showing which all expire in December 2020.

"All points and e-vouchers created from loyalty points will be valid for one calendar year from 1st January - 31st December. If you do not collect and redeem your points or e-vouchers by the end of the calendar year they will not be carried forward to the following calendar year."

It seems the points and e-vouchers created from them must be used by 31 Dec 2013 (so there will be only around a month from the end of the competition to use the points/vouchers according to that).

If you had created your team and SAVED it prior to the 1st practice of the 1st GP in Australia (last weekend) it automatically got submitted when the "Countdown clock" hit 00 00 00 00 - there was NOT a MANUAL facility to do it.

Once the game began, and the TRANSFERS "kicked in" and became limited to 3 per period, this SUBMIT requirement became necessary.

On your "Team Page", where there is the graphic of 4 Drivers, 1 Engine, 2 Constructors and the Bonus Circuit, is where you make/made your selection and can SAVE your team

This is a RED BUTTON in the top left corner of the graphic.

You can obviously play about with different combinations of components in tweaking a team's configuration subject to the budget limitation and allowed transfers.
Each time you do this you can SAVE what you have changed

AFTER you hit the Red SAVE Button it changes to the Red SUBMIT Button - Hitting this basically FINALISES your changes/transfers (or the initial selection if you are joining the game late) and commits your currently SAVED team for entry into the next Grand Prix

Don't know if they've changed the T&C's recently but I definitely made a booking in January using e-vouchers carried over from last year.

I've registered a team and submitted it and found the MSE one and asked to join. Now what do I do? Is there a game I have to play? Have no idea what this is all about!! lol

sorry guys i hadd no idea about the submit button, i had wondered why i had no points, missed 2 races now grrrrrrrr

thanks quoia and sorry but I still cannot find a submit button in the left top corner I got green tick sating team save... will try to put a pagecreen cos still not sure I will get any point next week...

Looks good but you haven't selected a bonus circuit. Don't forget to press the "submit" button when it appears to enter your team into the competition.

I'm guessing that you are TEAM Tita

IF you are then your team STILL needs to be submitted.

I can see this because if I look at your team and then click on "My Transfers" (which is actually YOUR "Transfer History" it says ...

"Team has not been submitted yet."

Maybe you have to FULLY complete the 8 components before it allows you to do this "SUBMIT" - in your case you only have 7 - you need to pick a Bonus Circuit

Try that and see what happens
