Quidco.......Are you hanging onto your members' cashback?

Alot has been said about Quidco ( www.quidco.com )the 100% cashback website and I am a fan,but for a few weeks an unhappy one.
Recently they have sent their members a reminder that they are now 2 years old............well happy birthday Quidco.
What about the non payment of cashback?
I have been chasing a payment following a purchase I done at Alternative Gifts. It was only a £10 cashback but I had been advised by the boss at AG
that it had been paid to Webgains an affiliate.
Happy to say that Quidco are finally paying this.Even up to yesterday they said they hadn't received it.
Powergen I had to chase myself asking the energy company who was the affiliate and found out a chap called Terry Cutler who eventually made sure payment was made to Quidco.
Weststar Holidays was showing on Quidco for sometime as 8%.Again a delayed payment only to find out later that it should have been just 3.5%(and I also had to chase payment)
and gracefully they reduced my cashback, siting an error.
Point here ...Is anyone really checking at Quidco?
Does Stuart or Fiona really have any sympathy that you haven't been paid? What do you think?
If I can phone a company for one cashback payment, shouldn't they be phoning for everyone elses cashback?
Mine is only the tip of the iceberg.....How much more cash in sitting dormat in Quidco's accounts that should have been paid to members only for them to say they have yet to receive it.Don't believe everything they tell you.
QUIDCO YOU NEED TO DO ALOT MORE FOR YOUR MEMBERS.
THE WAIT AND SEE ATTITUDE IN YOUR EMAILS ARE NOT INSTALLING CONFIDENCE FOR FURTHER MEMBERS TO COME ON BOARD AND TRY YOUR SERVICE
GET ONTO THE PHONE AND CHASE UP YOUR MEMBERS PAYMENTS.IT CAN TAKE JUST A FEW MINUTES INSTEAD OF YOU MAKING US WAIT WEEKS AND EVEN MONTHS.

Kind of agree - but I see it more in that I would not have the £600 odd if I hadn't found the site at all - anything I get is a bonus in my view....
But again - I agree with the hanging around thing...0 -
I was just going to post to say that I had noticed the delays and seemed to be overdue lots of cash back too, but just today my account is showing as having received over £80!! So actually I feel rather grateful as it's money I wouldn't otherwise have had!0

As I dont buy very much or very often its not very often I use quidco!
However when I do each time has been perfect. Twice this year so far, second one is pending as I type in my paypal account. Perhaps I have been lucky , but me its been great!0 -

PAYPAL???!!!
NOOOOO!!!! Use BACS - paypal will just take some of your hard earned cashback in fees! If you use BACS you'll only pay 5p for each receipt from Quidco and it's straight into your account, not floating around in Paypal's pocket for a week!0 -
I hope theyre not going to start playing silly !!!!!!s! Im due £57 on the next payment in may/june.0

Well I am really confused having just checked my earnings to date....I purchased wine from Tesco.com in April and today NOT through quidco because I thought it was only Tesco Direct through Quidco.. but they have tracked my Tesco.com wine orders although the amounts are not the same..less but earnings are shown...weird...anybody any ideas how that could occur. Does anyone have any suggestions where I should go from here?....I raised a payment query a few months ago about citibank's £50.00 new account incentive which I opened last October!.....I got paid £1.00 from Quidco and never received the remaining £49.00......I have been waiting months for the remainder and quidco said there isn't anything else they can do (although citibank said they will pay)...The staus so far on my earnings account payment date says Unknown!
Would it be wise to contact Citibank direct about this seeing as Quidco can do no more?....or can anyone suggest what to do?
thanksDistant fields will always look greener.

I bought some car insurance from Budget through Quidco last December and had to raise and enquiry as it hadn't been paid. I have been waiting for months for this and it still hasn't arrived and the enquiry is still shown as "sent to merchant". I've noticed now that Budget Car Insurance no longer appear on the list of merchants which quidco deal with!!!!! What do you think my chances of receiving my £25 are? Slim I reckon.0

Just an update : I phoned citibank today and told them my problem (as Above) and they were no use...so I emailed Quidco and this is their reply , Quote:
"Hi Mary,
Your Citibank amount was marked as successful and added on the 21st of
February, so the payment should be marked as received in your account
within the next couple of weeks. Sorry for the delay.
Kind regards,
Stuart"
Isn't it strange after almost 7 months they finally decide to pay out!!..
I strongly suggest people email Quidco about their prolonged wait for cashbackDistant fields will always look greener.
