If it's any consolation El, I cannot drink very much either....I have been known to be violently sick after 3 or 4 glasses of wine and cannot function at all the next day :(

I never drink spirits unless in a cocktail and can feel quite merry after a small glass of wine - I'm a cheap date!!!

    Just on the verandah beanie

The weather was great, we were happy and thought hey let's have a wee drink, not a good idea with antibiotics etc so I really should know better

I'm sure I will be fine, I just need to make sure I learn from it :)

We recently went out for a drink after a walk had one drink then shared a bottle of wine back home and I was fit for nothing the next day, I think when it's hot it can be dehydration as much as anything.
