This company lies to get a sale , booked a flight and wanted a changable ticket for 12 months as my son is out in austrailia there playing rugby for 12 months , these say havnt booked a 12 month changable ticket and everytime we ring up send an email they either say there not there to talk to or dont answer !!! Dont book with these !!! Or fob you off saying will get back such and such a date ,to no avail rip off company dont use this company also offer cheap flights and when you ring them this one isnt available suprise suprise .any advise would be appriciated

have you looked at the fare rules for the ticket/fare. Fully changeable tickets are usually about 3 or 4 times the fare of the cheapest tickets but some cheaper tickets often allow changes for a fee and difference in fare. Which airline and which fare basis?
