Thank You! to Carer and terra_ferma for your input about Create.
I have been looking at this website builder for some time as the designs and "look" seem to be more in tune with the sort of things I do i.e. craft work etc.
I will also take a look at the craftsforum as suggested.

I work as a web designer and can honestly say that most free sites aren't worth what you pay for them.
If you seriously want to do it you would be best off with wordpress,(can build a site with little experience and use widgets and apps to set it, even has free e-commerce) this would have to be hosted off the main site as they don't like you selling.
You will need to purchase a domain because the free ones you can get are so low level they will never show in a search.
Be prepared to put a couple hours a day into link building after the site has been set up as well to make sure people can actually find you. Though even then you have the mysterious google sandbox to deal with.
If thos doesn't seem such a good idea then try ebay, amazon or folksy the latter of which seems to be on the up. You should still do promotion and may have to spend a couple of quid but starting outlay is much cheaper and time wise it will give you hours extra to actually make the jewelrySwagbucks joined 20/12/12 £50AGC £60 paypalMy Survey :£10 AGC,Valued opinions £10 voucher
