Who make wilko emulsion paints. There pink to white emulsion looks identical to Dulux but a fair bit cheaper, are their paints made by dulux ?

A little while ago I heard someone stacking shelves in Wilko say they were made by Dulux. Im not sure as I think Wilko paints are better from a recent experience!
