Cannot get will from Willsandtrustsassociates

I took out joint will writing with Willsandtrustsassociates ltd advertised on Living Social offers.Everything went well until i sent off wills and paid £75 secure will storage.I was supposed to get executor id cards and details of what to do when time comes.I have had nothing.Numerous emails have been sent and ignored.I spoke to their Manchester office yesterday after many previous calls and being told someone would call back which they never do and they said all wills were being returned and money refunded after 'an issue'with the storage place.I dont believe them and am considering taking legal action to get them back.Anyone else having this problem.Would you contact Trading Standards first????? HELP
