Links in Outlook Express

Having just deleted McAfee Spamkiller (for various reasons) I now find that I cannot open web pages from links in email messages in Outlook Express (6). I think it's because the computer thinks that Outlook Express is not the default mail program but whatever changes I make, nothing results in being able to click on those links. Any tips would be much appreciated as it's really annoying me!

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, click Run, type the following command in the Run dialog box, and then click OK: regsvr32 urlmon.dll
2. Repeat step 1 for each of the following commands:
regsvr32 mshtml.dll
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 browseui.dll
regsvr32 msjava.dll0 -
Is there an echo in here? lol

If the above don't work, make sure that the PC knows which your default BROWSER is.
