    I have another point, why did the sysmem show me £1.85 will be charged at the very last stage of transaction (when I entered PIN and wanted to withdraw £100)?

    Why can't it show this charge before I begin any transaction? In that case I simply did not continue.

    Probably they think many people won't notice it or continue even then. So, they will pocket the £1.85 profit.
    Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.

    to be honest its quite simple to determine a genuine non-fee paying ATM and one of these. i used it once in my life, but always swore to walk a mile or 2 rather than pay someone to get out my own money.
    Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives
    call your credit card company, tell them that you want to leave, 99% of the time theyll lower your APR%
    Remember when that Bank Manager or Salesperson smiles at you, all he sees is £ notes. Dont forget the motto, "the wider their grin, the more debt your in"
