Excel Lose In Court Again.

Look at the above link, it relates to a case from 2013 which was thrown out of the court on a technicality. But it proves Excel do take to court in this instance and it doesn't appear to be challenged by the courts.
Be very, very careful OP. I'm not sure many people would want to battle this one to be honest.0 -
IIRC Town and Parish Council do not have any powers to form TROs and they are not part of the District Council set up, they are completely seperate entities. This is why they employed Excel.
