Good evening, i´m posting here to get some advice and find out if any bank will help me to finish my career.

Im a NHS theatre nurse, 24 years old, Spanish but I´ve been living and working here for more than 3 years thanks to my permanent contract with the NHS.

My gross income is around 22500 pounds/year, im studying to become an airline pilot so I´ll need 20-25000 pounds fronm an unsecured loanto finish it.

Do you reckon any bank will lend me that amount of money to pay it back in the next 5-10 years?

I´ve been a good boy so far, clean history, no debts, no mortgages, no kids...

    Best regards.

airline pilot is an extremley risky investment, as a bank i would only loan you a secured loan

otherwise apply to british airways Future pilot programme

    Good morning¡

I almost managed to get a 30000 pounds secured loan from a Spanish bank. It´s not official yet but my parents are pretty confident that we will get it because the bank manager said that it will probably work considering the properties, money saved..., so they will get me the loan and I´ll do the repayments...fingers crossed.

Anyway, I´d like to ask you if you see any disavantages from getting a loan in Spain (euros) and spending it in a flight school in the Uk. Will I be loosing much money in the transfer? taxes? inconvenients?

Any advise will be appreciated as I am a naive starter in the loan business.

Well you have no other means of borrowing the money so yes it maybe a hassle or more expensive with exchange rates. But do you have any other options?

Borrow the money in £ sterling?

I feel sorry for your parents, if things go wrong for you, they will be left to foot the huge loan.
