Early morning food in Dover

Travelling on 07.00am Speedferries hovercraft and would like a decent breakfast (full English) before embarquing. Can anyone recommend anywhere in Dover that is open for businees at approx 05.30 am
Thanks

  • We were on the 7AM Speedferry at the weekend and there is a restaurant there. Not 100% sure whether it was doing full English but most people had parked up and were in having breakfast. Only problem then was the VERY rough crossing and most people said hello to their breakfast again!
That doesn't really help you, does it?

Where do get a decent breakfast in Boulogne? We need more than a croissant and coffee as we have a 7 hour drive in front of us..

You will have to drive past the big E Leclerc hypermarket on your way from the port to the motorway and they have a big restaurant where you could get a decent meal. Would definitely recommend eating after the crossing. Petrol is very reasonable there too - if you need it.
  • Mc donalds breakfast in France is different to here including coffee, orange juice, yogurt, vienoisserie (like little danish pastries) pancakes, muffins and sausage muffins.
