She had her lunch and I have no Bath

In Jan I ordered a bath. Finally the bath arrived several weeks later BUT it was the wrong bath. It was not as advertised. They promised me another and I would received it within a week, that was on the 20/02 . Its over a week now and no one can tell me when it will arrive so i researched and Bathstore deliver! I have called the unhelpful bath company back and asked them to cancel and send me a refund.They have told me that I will have to refuse delivery and it will take up to 30 days for them to refund the money. This was all explained to me whilst she was eating her lunch! I am now sitting here waiting on a callback which I know I won't get as they told me the same thing yesterday. I have already been on the phone to them 3 times today and its an 0845 number.

What are my rights as I am still unsure if they are refunding it - she couldn't wait to get me off the phone. I paid my debit card - this makes a difference doesn't it?

Any advice?

they have up to 30 days to refund you. Most companies don't wait that long - sometimes when hassled over things companies can get make it take 30 days...

What's the lunch got to do with this? I'd say well done for working on their lunch break as most places don't pay you for your lunch break.

She could just have told you to call back as she was busy eating lunch, or should they all go hungry til you've received your bath?
