Recommend an online broker who'll deal shares listed in Tokyo?

I've got my eye on some plucky contenders on the Tokyo exchange; my habitual online dealer doesn't cover it, and a lot of the ojnline dealers don't make it very easy to find out exactly what they do and do not deal in. Can anyone recommend a decent online broker who'll buy and sell equities listed in Tokyo?

Without opening an account it's hard to tell, but I don't think they deal individual equities on the Nikkei.0
