Thanks for starting us off, hotcookie. I did my plan yesterday so can put it up now - I'm having another go at emptying out the freezer so everything with an (F) is frozen:

Friday - HM pepperoni pizza (mozzarella F)
Saturday - green lamb curry (lamb F), dry veg curry and rice

Sunday - HM chicken kiev (chicken and breadcrumbs F) with some sort of veg
Monday - burger meatballs (burger F) and pasta
Tuesday - chicken and ham pie (F) and veg

Wednesday - jerk sweet potato and bean curry (I've been intending to try this recipe for a while, and really must do it this week before the sweet potatoes go rotten and have to be thrown away)
Thursday - Thai veg noodles with calamari (squid F)
Back after a very long break!

Well, I normally write my meal plans on a Saturday morning with a cup of coffee in hand, but inspiration flew here and I'm glad of it! I've a load of cleaning to do tomorrow morning anyway, so it's all worked out for the best.

Anyway, rambling now, but here's my mealplan:

Saturday - steak and ale pie with chips
Sunday - leftover steak and ale pie with mashed potatoes and extra gravy
Monday - Chicken Curry with Rice
    Tuesday - Fajtas
    Wednesday - TBC
    Thursday - Shepherd's Pie
    Friday - Homemade Baguette Pizzas

We've still got some flapjack bars in the tin, which will need to be eaten before too long (they're still good for a few days' yet) and I'm planning on making a few jam tarts tomorrow when the oven is on for the pie, and may make a few mini quiches for lunchboxes in the week.

I'm getting into a little bit of a rut with the mealplans so I'm going to scour the cookbooks this weekend to see if I can shake things up a bit.

Have a lovely weekend, everyone, and I love reading your mealplans.

Just noticed this and as i was talking to myself in the other thread, decided to come over here. So my meal plan for this week, is in both ....

DD is a fusspot, so hers is always subject to change.
    Purple is freezer.

Today ~ Me : Warburtons Wrap pizza, actifry chips and beetroot salad.
DD: Pizza, actifry chips and peas

Tues: L/O chicken from Sunday, HA couscous, asparagus and something.
    DD: Beans on toast

Weds : Both of us : Quorn meatballs, with possibly Arriabatta sauce (HM) with pasta.
    (Garlic Bread for DD)

Thursday : (HM) Thai/Malaysian chicken/prawn curry with cauliflower rice
DD: Quorn chicken nuggets, with noodles and veg of choice

Friday : Me: HM Cauliflower and brocolli cheese (depends if i have bought brocolli and there is enough L/O cauli). Plan B is Prawn or chicken (or both) Jambalaya (depends what's left in freezer).
DD: unsure at the mo possibly meat free burger or something along those lines ( if i can make it or have pre bought).

Saturday : (HM) Lemon chicken and egg fried rice has now changed to Garlic and Herb chicken with savoury rice, the Lemon chicken can go over to next week's plan, as I have a cook in the bag thing to use up.
DD : Quorn sausages, raw carrot and onion rings

Sunday : Me HM Quorn Beef (strips) Bourgignon (again depending on shopping having been delivered) with mash ( potato or carrot /swede). Plan B will be Smoky rib cook in the bag sauce, with wedges and veg.
DD: (Quorn) Roast dinner with veg (some will be fresh)
