We bought an LG television just over a year ago. 4 days out of warranty we heard a loud pop noise and it would not turn back on. It would click as if it was trying to come back on but wouldn't.
We rang Currys were we purchased it from and they were quite unhelpful to say the least until we quoted that we wanted a manufacturing fault check.
The television was picked up and within days LG rang us to say it was a fault of their making. They replaced the full screen at considerable cost and dropped it back to us.
Great service from LG and gives us confidence to buy there products in the future. Well done to them :T
