8g Bare Minerals Original - Medium Beige (this has turned out to not be as dark as expected but if needs be I will mix it with some fair.

Hi, I bought this after seeing the deal on this thread - how do you open the pots to mix the colours? I've tried twisting them but I'm worried I'm going to break the pot!

Thanks in advance and sorry to go off-topic!

If you turn it over where the label is, you should see the bottom is just a plastic disc inserted into the plastic body. I wedged a knife under that lip and the bottom popped right off.

Avon Cherry Blossom Daily Hair Refresher - I use this on the days when I don't have time to wash my hair, it smells lovely and is very light feeling on my hair. I spritz it on then a quick blast with the hairdryer and a big brush and my hair is as good as new. I think a lot of you ladies use dry shampoo to get the same result but it just doesn't work on my fine hair.

Thanks for posting this, I bought one of these last year and have never worked out how to use it! :o I was hoping I could use it instead of dry shampoo but it just seemed to make my hair wet!

I'll have another go with it now :D

Lush so white bath bomb - WBA

Garnier simply essentials 2 in 1 make up remover - WBA - effective, doesnt sting my eyes and doesnt have the greasy feel of some make up removers.

Murad exfoliating face mask (the other half a sachet) - it says this can be used twice a week but after todays use my skin feels a little tender so although I will use again I think it will be only weekly.
    No more buying toiletries
  • One quickie UU:

    Sea wrack body wash 30ml

This was a hotel freebie but I quite liked the sea wrack smell, will be looking up that scent in future!
I've not really got any sputterers on the go at the moment so I think that might well be me done for the month now!

Dove Grapefruit and Lemongrass Body mist 200ml. WNBA not a citrussy enough scent. Made my skin tight and I broke out in a rash.

Dove Go Fresh Therapy shampoo 50ml I liked this one. It's clear and would consider buying it. I usually find that Dove is too heavy for my hair but this is the first clear one, the other's I've tried have been white?

Clinique Youth Surge 15ml gwp. Have a few more in the stash. Like that it has an SPF in it.

Olay Regeriste microsculpting cream 5ml Freebie. Not bad, if I ever run out of various anti-aging products this is one to consider.

Matrix Biolage age rejuvenating Shampoo 400 ml -- gift from my hairdresser. It was nice but I am just too frugal to spend over $20 on a bottle of shampoo!

I may empty a basket under the bathroom counter this year. The pile is going down:T.

Snow is finally starting to melt. I've spread some on the driveway to reduce the load on the lawn. Still have about a metre piled up.

    Happy Easter all!

Seven sachets of L'Occ Divine Cream which smells gorgeous.
Estee Lauder face cream and Lancome Teint foundation.

    :)

I've got a raspberry Avon hair refresher that I use in the same way - far prefer it to dry shampoos as my fine hair tangles very easily and looks very dull with these. I second using it.

Small UU of a 50ml Nivea pot that was a poundshop buy to see how it worked as foot cream.
(So WIBA?) The answer being "incredibly well" , I invested in a 200 ml pot with 30 ml handbag tin free from Savers.

Body Shop Satsuma Shower Gel, 60ml - WBA, smells amazing. So zingy and really good as a bubble bath! Makes the whole flat smell gorge :D
Britney Spears Midnight Fantasy Sample, 1.5ml x 1 - WNBA, love the smell but not enough to buy full size
Lancome Advanced Skin Corrector, 2ml - WBA, too expensive but a really nice serum
Caudalie Le Creme, 2ml - WBA, nice and luxurious
Caudalie The Eye Cream, 1ml - WBA, love any eye creams haha
Maxfactor More Lashes Multiplying Mascara - WBA, decent mascara but dried up and became clumpy very quickly.

Great news about your Spackle. I have never tried Philosophy, not even a little sniff!, it may well be the first thing I try when I have got through (my quite small now) shower gel and lotion mountain, not sure where I would start though, I like the idea of a clean fresh scent, but not anything spicy, I hate the smell of Cinnamon/Cookies etc.

I'd recommend one of the Grace shower gels if you want clean and fresh smelling. I love Pure Grace as it is very fresh smelling whilst the Amazing Grace is more floral.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
