what does a mutual look like?

someone asked on an earlier thread what a buyer sees if a seller does a mutual cancellation and as a seller has just sent one to me I can try and cut and paste what I can
Firstly as soon as I logged in I got a screen showing 'alerts' in bright orange and a direct link to the resolution system. I then was shown the open case clearly identifying the seller, the item and the amount and a clicky to 'take action'
I am then faced with two options which I have cut and pasted below: Note it states clearly that I should not accept cancellation unless I have received a full refund or haven't paid.
Seller selected the following reason: Other.
Additional information from seller:
How would you like to respond?
I accept the seller's request to cancel this transaction.

You should only accept the cancellation request if you haven't paid yet or you've already received your refund from the seller. If you haven't received your refund, contact the seller - opens in a new window or tabI
decline the seller's request to cancel this transaction.
