What are my rights on undelivered goods from a charity auction?

Hi,

At the end of December last year I won a charity auction for a Model A Raspberry Pi. The auction was organised by the Raspberry Pi Foundation with the proceeds going to CLIC Sargent: Caring for Children with Cancer. The items included in the auction were:

1 Model A Raspberry Pi computer
1 T-Shirt
1 Pi Plate (a prototyping board)
1 signed copy of the Raspberry Pi User Guide by Eben Upton and Gareth Halfacree

However I have only received the first two items. What are my rights in this situation? Is there anything I can do? The deadline for opening a case with eBay has now passed.

What did the Raspberry Pi Foundation say to you when you asked them about it ?

They said they were looking into the matter but it is now a week since I last heard from them and two months since the end of the auction.
