What is this startup SQL program and how do I kill it?!

This is a program which for some reason startsup each time. I had used a program called "ChemDraw" (for my dissertation) I have since uninstalled that but still this strange SQL server keeps popping up. I've disabled it where I can but it still appears in my system tray - my laptop takes about 6-7 mins to start up now so obviously I don't want this thing clogging it up further.
Any ideas what it does and how I can remove it (if it's safe to remove it that is!)???

In Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs, look for any Microsoft SQL Server applications and uninstall them. One of them might be called Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine. Reboot and that should get rid of the startup program.
If not, click Start - Run - type msconfig - OK. On Startup tab, untick 'Service Manager' item or any item which runs sqlmangr.exe.0 -
Thanks very much, all gone now. I was reluctant to uninstall it myself without checking first, seeing as it may have been some important Microsoft program
