LastMinute Meal Deal seats downgradeable?

Looking at one of these meal & ticket offers as a gift. Total is 39.50 and says ticket face value is 39.50 and is a Second Price ticket.
But they say that best seats are allocated first come first served and non refundable.
Does this mean we could end up with the cheapest tickets (£20) or would we definitely get in the 39.50 bracket?
Can't find this confirmed anywhere which makes me think its not worth the risk?

If LM say the ticket value is £39.50 then it will be that, but sometimes the listing states up to the value of £39.50 and then it could be less than that. It is a bit hit and miss we have found as to whether you get good seats or poorer ones, so if it is a show I really want to see for the first time, I book with another site where I can choose my own seats. The day of the week, time of year you go and the popularity of the show also factors in, for example in January my friend and family and myself and family both booked cheap tickets within minutes of each other to see Tommy Steel in Scrooge at the London Palladium with cheap tickets from LM. They went Friday night and got great row E stall seats, but when we went on the Saturday afternoon we got poorer Upper Circle seats. Being after Christmas the show was less popular, but the Saturday was obviously more popular than the Friday. Having said that we paid £12 for a seat so we considered it a bargain as the cinema costs similar, but my friend got a real bargain in her seats by choosing a weekday.0

Thanks. I emailed them the query with no reply so phoned their freephone number but as it's just a sales line they were only interested in selling me the tickets, promising me I'll have no problems as I will get the best available seats. Also said i could get refunded if the seats were genuinely no good. Typical sales bs as the site states no refunds.
Despite my doubts I got him to say several times they won't be balcony or restricted view so have gone ahead and got them.
My hunch is that it's deliberately vague so they can fob you off with £20 seats if need be but as I haven't found any reports of this it must be very rare.
Will report back in May. Fingers crossed!0
