How to allow an overseas buyer to bid?

I have my selling settings as UK only, but I've had a question on an item from an Irish buyer.
I'm happy to post to Ireland, but I can't figure out how to change that particular auction.
Is it possible to do this, or do I have to change all of my settings?
Sorry if it's a stupid question. I've tried revising the listing, clicked on "add or remove options" on the P&P section, unchecked the Exlusions List, but I'm not sure if that's right.
ETA - The auction has less than 24hrs to go, and has bids, so does this make a difference?

I don't think you can change things once a bid has been made.
However you should be able to add the interested bidder to your allow list (or whatever the list is called). ... Just give ebay a ring and they'll either do it for you or tell you exactly how it's done.0 -
Buyer Requirements Exemption List

Add them to the list and they should be able to bid. Remember to remove them after the auction (if you want to), as they would be able to bid on all future auctions until you do.0 -
